Orders may be placed by phone or mail. No orders will be shipped until paid in Full. We can accept Visa, Master Card, Money Orders and checks. Please do not mail Cash!! Order will be shipped within two or three weeks from the time payment is received - for checks that is two or three weeks after they clear the bank.
Ordering by Phone - Most of the time there is a person around to answer the phone. But at those times, we are not available. Please, leave you name and phone number. We will call you back. Please have all information asked for on the Order Sheet. Phone orders maybe be paid for by Visa and MasterCard. Call (541)487-4007.
Ordering by E-mail Save a copy of the Order Sheet. Fill it out or in a email include all the information requested on the Order Sheet. Send it to ilona@peak.org.
Please DO NOT E-mail credit card numbers - the transaction is not secure.
Mail it to us Save a copy of our Order Sheet , fill it out. Then send it to: Multi-Media Artisans, P.O. Box 6, Alsea, OR 97324-0006. Orders may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank account, or an international money order. There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Please fill in order sheet completely so we can ship you the product you requested. Please provide alternate colors if possible. Colors
in stock may vary.
For orders paid by credit card, banks require certain security measures for everyones protection.
1) Order must be shipped to the address that your credit card statement is mailed to.
2) If sending in order by mail, please sign the Order Sheet approving the purchase of the products you order.
RETURN POLICY: Items found defective in material or craftsmanship may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Also within 30 days if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it in NEW and Resellable Condition for credit on your next purchase.

Custom made orders may not be returned unless defective.
