YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN THREE DAYS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. AFTER THREE DAYS, WE CONSIDER THE ITEM IS SATISFACTORY AND USED FOR YOUR EVENT. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP BACK ON YOUR OWN-- CALL US IMMEDIATELY AND WE CAN ARRANGE FOR UPS TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE. * On custom orders there will be a 25%
re-stocking fee applied to the return. This is done because the item

to be re-tailored in order to be sold.
